Is It Spring?
So...Spring Break?

Welcome to the false spring that seems to just add to the already frustrating political climate we find ourselves in. Many people seem to be struggling with the weather bouncing up and down, the news reporting on plane crashes and market crashes, and our beloved Chiefs under the constant barrage of accusations about colluding with the referees. It’s hard to get a break.
But take a break if you need one so you can refocus to face the upcoming six more weeks of winter, the impact of the stock market on your portfolio, and (of course) the Super Bowl this weekend. Nobody takes care of you better than you. But keep it short. We need you.

Take care and stay safe.

Small Group Meetings

I’ve lived in several small towns where a diner, usually on the main street, serves the town. Go there on any day at breakfast or lunch, and you see many of the regular customers ordering their regular orders from their regular servers…just like clockwork.
But, what happens when someone new moves to town…someone who has different tastes, or different dietary needs? How does the diner know to modify its menu?
It has to listen to all its customers, not just the regulars. The League is like the diner when it comes to Program Planning. It has heard from its regulars, but now it needs to hear from the rest of its members. And that means YOU.
Please, if you have not attended one of the small group meetings to give the League feedback on the Program Planning, do so. Two more meetings have been scheduled just for YOU.
The meetings will be held on Zoom, so a sloppy wardrobe works. They are scheduled as follows:
Monday Feb. 17, 2025 @ 6:00 p.m. here!
Tuesday Feb. 18, 2025 @ 1:00 p.m. here!
